Job Description



Key Accountabilities:


Document training records and incidents investigations in compliance with regulations and standards.

Administrate all safety programs that related to various government agencies and insurance programs.

Conduct site audits to evaluate the physical and human hazards in compliance with internal approved

audit tools and initiate corrective actions as appropriate.

Ensure that the proper safety evaluation has been conducted for all new equipment and processes prior the instalment.

Supports site safety performance targets (AFR, ASR, etc.) and report performance to targets to site management.

Surveillance and reporting on health and safety practices and systems to safety manager or authorized bodies or Head Office counterpart, whichever applicable.

Execute the Emergency Plans related to identified emergency situation related to OHS & Environment

Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs action plans related to OHS and Environment

Document site related hazards, and significant environmental aspects and report to Quality Assurance/Top Management in order to collaborate efforts in achieving the reduction of the identified risks and significant environmental aspects

Promote OHS and Environmental related activities, system components, and Performance indicators

Perform additional responsibilities as requested

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:

ISO 45001 internal auditor certification or the ability to obtain within one year

Understands emergency incident command system.

Articulates clearly in both written and verbal form.

Beginning English language skills desired.

Effective follow-up skills.

Job Description


What you’ll do:

PMO & Project Governance:

Maintain and enhance project management frameworks, templates, and reporting structures.

Ensure that all projects follow standardized processes and methodologies.

Support project documentation, ensuring that all records are well-organized and accessible.

Project Tracking & Reporting:

Compile and distribute weekly project status reports.

Maintain a historical archive.

Ensure updates on active projects.

Governance & Compliance:

Oversee governance-related documentation, including signed contracts, agreements, and processes.

Handle budgeting and billing-related responsibilities for vendors and service providers.

Maintain BTO contracts, including tracking renewals, payments, and budgeting.

Ensure smooth coordination with Oracle Support for agreement renewals.

Monitor compliance with procurement and governance processes.

Process & Documentation Management:

Keep governance-related process documents up to date (e.g., purchase and agreement process, device repair process).

Organize and update all templates related to governance and business technology.

Work closely with finance and procurement teams to track and manage payments, captured savings, and purchase logs.

What you’ll need :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in project management, governance, or PMO functions.

Strong proficiency in project management tools (MS Project).

Excellent organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.

Strong analytical skills contract management.

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) for reporting and documentation.

PMP Credential is a plus.
