Arab Telemedia Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing media company .
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Legal Counselor to join our team and contribute to our continues success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
-Minimum of 5 years experience
Strong understanding of basic legal principles, contracts, and relevant laws.
Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
Fluent in English
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
-Ability to draft and review legal documents accurately.
-Experience in handling complex legal matters.
-Strong background in regulatory compliance and contract negotiation.
-Experience in representing organizations in legal proceedings.
