SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER FOR High Force Engineering Solutions

Duties and Responsibilities:

Office based technical sales support to customers enquiries and leads

Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, tools, and services

Handling of initial enquiries

Preparation of customer proposals

Preparation of tender responses and requests for quotations

Collation of information for proposals and tender responses

Assisting with proposal preparation / supporting tender submissions

Providing bid management function on large bids and tenders

Collation and issuance of “Approval” documentation

Pre-submission – validation of proposals in line with authority levels

Commercial support (terms and conditions including contract negotiations in conjunction with Sales Manager)

Producing data for reporting for Business Managers

Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional personnel.

Requirements:

BA/BS University degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering

3 years of experience in a relevant field

Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English

Good Co-ordination and commutations skills

Good team player
