Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare preliminary tender compliance sheets to ensure alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
• Provide technical support to sales staff to enhance customer engagement and improve deal closure rates.
h required technical data using available resources, including obtaining offers for superstructures from bodybuilders.
• Compile full project documentation for review and approval by the Tenders Manager prior to submission to the end customer.
• Provide the end customer with the necessary technical specifications throughout all project phases under the supervision of the Tenders Manager.
• Manage departmental documentation and maintain accurate records of all correspondence and technical data.
• Maintain and update performance reports and tracking sheets to monitor project KPIs.
• Coordinate with after-sales staff on all project-related documents and services according to provided instructions.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance to minimize delays and ensure accuracy.
• Issue, document, and maintain detailed project performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate priority issues according to project specifications and timelines.
• Organize and effectively communicate ideas and technical information to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with requested information, project changes, and updates to ensure alignment with customer and internal requirements.
• Attend technical and clarification meetings with clients when necessary.
• Conduct inspection visits as required, document findings, and report them to the direct manager.
• Ensure that the final product meets customer requirements and expectations before the agreed-upon delivery date to prevent non-compliance.
• Manage the product handover process in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards.
• Prepare and present technical material on company products to customers, highlighting new technologies and product updates.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Tenders in the automotive field
