We’re Hiring: Business Applications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration and optimization of core business applications, with a focus on the MXP Select System backend platform.

• Oversee application configuration, performance, and availability to ensure seamless business operations.

• Manage the full application lifecycle including deployment, updates, and support.

• Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, and Product teams to implement system enhancements and resolve application-related issues.

• Design and manage API integrations between business applications and external systems.

• Ensure documentation, testing, and user training are in place for all applications and integrations.

• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency across systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise or payment-related applications.

• Hands-on experience with MXP Select System backend is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in API architecture, integration techniques, and middleware solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
