We Are Hiring: Membership and Outreach Officer

The Jordan Green Building Council (JordanGBC) is looking for a proactive and driven professional to join our team as a Membership and Outreach Officer.

This position plays a key role in expanding our membership base, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting JordanGBC’s mission to promote sustainable building practices across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain members

– Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective members

– Build strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders

– Represent JordanGBC at conferences, events, and external meetings

– Coordinate member-focused workshops and networking opportunities

– Support outreach campaigns and evaluate their impact through regular reporting

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field

– 0–1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or event coordination

– Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

– Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
