An attractive job opportunity is now available at a respectable food & plastics industries company at Al Hallabat, with the following details:
Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Education: B. Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Food/Dairy or FMCG industries.
Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Language skills: Excellent command of Arabic and English
Main responsibilities & Other requirements:
– Has exposure in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s).
– Total Productive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Planning and/or maintenance execution desired but not required.
– Having ability of Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
– Trouble shoot mechanical and make repairs in a timely manner.
– Deal with dairy manufacturing machines (homogenizer, separator, pasteurizer, PHE, packing and filling machines).
– Provide technical support to minimize equipment downtime.
– Monitor the consumption of materials and spare parts, ensuring their availability.
– Disassemble, assemble and calibrate molds and robot parts.
– Adhere to occupational health and safety standards in all operations and maintenance activities.
– Ensure workers follow safety procedures during tasks.
– Participate in risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate hazards.
– Documentation and reporting.
– Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in shifts (day, evening, night).
