Job Opportunity: Information Security and Data Protection Officer
JDS is looking for a talented Information Security and Data Protection Officer to manage and maintain our information security framework in alignment with ISO 27001.
# Information Security Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain a security system ( ISO 27001 )
* Manage security documentation and controls.
* Assess and address security risks.
* Train employees on security.
* Plan for respond to security incidents.
* Ensure Compliance.
* Conduct audits and take corrective actions.
* Monitor and report on security performance.
# Data Protection Responsibilities:
* Advise on data protection laws.
* Monitor Compliance
* Manage data protection policies.
* Cooperate with authorities.
* Be a contact for data subjects.
#Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields.
* 2-3 years of experience in information security, data protection, or compliance.
* Experience with ISO 27001 or similar frameworks is often required.
I* SO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor certification preferred.
# Skills:
* Ability to evaluate security risks and vulnerabilities.
* Knowledge of security technologies.
* Strong knowledge of security risk assessment, firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Strong communication and training skills to promote security awareness.
