Job Identifications:
Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Showroom Manager
Location: Amman, Khalda
Job Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging with walk-in clients, providing technical product knowledge, and assisting customers in selecting the right aluminum solutions for their needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and product knowledge.
2. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate aluminum products and solutions.
3. Provide technical support and product specifications to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Prepare and present quotations, cost estimates, and product proposals.
5. Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure a smooth sales process.
6. Finalize sales agreements and ensure contracts are complete, accurate, and signed by all parties.
Candidate Specification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in civil, Industrial, or Architectural Engineering.
2. At least 1 year of experience in any related field.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
4. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear way.
