Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as a Head or Executive Chef
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Expertise in preparing a variety of cuisines (Middle Eastern & Western)
• Familiarity with modern cooking techniques and food safety systems
• Willingness to work in remote locations and under high-volume conditions
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Develop and update menus aligned with business goals
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
• Manage inventory and procurement efficiently
• Control operational costs while maintaining food quality
• Prepare large-scale meals in a timely and organized manner
• Flexibility to stay onsite when needed

Position 2: Site Manager
We’re seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our hospitality locations.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management
• At least 5 years of experience managing sites in hospitality or catering
• Proficiency in English
• Strong command of MS Office
• ISO 22000 / ISO 9001 / HACCP certifications are a plus
• Full availability and willingness to stay onsite when required
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Supervise catering, housekeeping, laundry, and support services
• Ensure quality control and enforce hygiene and safety protocols
• Organize and motivate staff to perform at their best
• Demonstrate effective time management, problem-solving, and decision-making
