Join Our Team as an Inventory Planning Supervisor at Real Cosmetics Company
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain inventory forecasts based on sales trends, historical data, and market demand signals.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stock outs.
• Analyze inventory aging and implement strategies to minimize obsolescence and excess inventory.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align inventory plans with promotional activities and sales forecasts.
• Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, movements, and performance metrics.
• Continuously optimize inventory policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on inventory performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Planning Supervisor, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
