We’re Hiring – R&D Manager (Pharmaceuticals).
Location: Amman, Jordan

We’re looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead our work on developing new medicines and improving current ones. If you’re passionate about innovation and know how to manage projects, teams, and regulations — we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Pharmacy or similar (master’s or PhD is a plus).
• 10–15 years of R&D experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of JFDA, ICH, WHO, and FDA/EU rules.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead new product development and improve existing ones.
• Make sure all work follows quality and safety standards.
• Prepare documents for drug approvals.
• Guide and support the R&D team.
• Work closely with other departments (QA, QC, Production, etc.).
