We’re Hiring: Senior AR Accountant
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join our finance team. If you have a keen eye for detail, solid accounting expertise, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the full AR cycle, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
– Monitor and follow up on overdue balances and ensure timely collections.
– Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
– Analyze AR aging reports and generate regular reports for management.
– Support month-end closing activities and external audits.
– Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
– Minimum of 5 years of AR experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP)
– Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
