MOSTAQBAL seeking groups of engineers for a (BIDDING STAGE) project in three different places: Group-1 Amman or Zarqa, Group-2 in Irbid, Jerash or Ajloun; and Group-3 in Aqaba or Karak. The required team and qualifications are as follows;
1-Civil Resident Engineer with at least 15 years of experience, out of which 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in infrastructure construction projects using FIDIC or similar contract, with extensive experience in infrastructure, contract administration and experience with structural design, including steel structural design
2-Site Electrical and/SCADA Engineer with at least 12 years of experience in automation and control of water and wastewater systems and networks, and experience in integration of Energy and parameter data into data-management systems.
3-Site Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in water and wastewater projects. Responsible for the Supervision of site works related to automation and control of water and wastewater systems and networks, and integration of Energy and parameter data into data management systems.
4-Environmental Specialist with minimum working experience of 7 years in ESMP’s preparation of environmental instruments and monitoring for water and wastewater projects. Familiarity with environmental standards of international financial institutions (IFI) and previous experience with preparing E&S instruments according to the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF).
5-Social Specialist with minimum working experience of 7 years in ESMP’s preparation of social instruments and monitoring for water and wastewater projects. Familiarity with social standards of international financial institutions (IFI) and previous experience with preparing social instruments according to the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF).
6-Occupational Health & Safety Engineer with minimum experience of at least 10 years in monitoring Occupational Health & Safety relevant projects (water/sewer/road projects), including international experience. Experience should include workplace health and safety practices, strong knowledge of OSHA or similar regulations, analysis of potentially dangerous workplace practices/conditions and preparation/implementation of recommendations, incident fact-finding and root cause analysis. Certification from an international body in OSHA or similar is a must.
