Job Title: Junior Maintenance Engineer (0–1 Year Experience)

Location: Al-Dhulayl, Jordan

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a textile manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wide range of production and sweing machines

• Diagnose and repair mechanical components including belts, bearings, gears, cams, and linkages

• Assist in troubleshooting pneumatic systems

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime

• Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Follow safety procedures and report issues proactively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

• 0–1 year of hands-on maintenance experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Familiarity with mechanical components and mechanisms

• Understanding of pneumatic systems is essential

• Knowledge in mechatronics is a plus

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

• willing to get hands dirty
