•Handle incoming calls, tickets, and service desk requests
•Collaborate with 2nd-line teams on complex issues
•Communicate solutions clearly and effectively to users
•Maintain accurate documentation and improve support processes
What We’re Looking For:
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•Calm and quick decision-making under pressure
•Up to 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service
•A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
•Bonus: Microsoft/Azure or ITIL certifications
