Job Vacancy – Indoor Sales Executive
As part of the Ashraf Zakaria Group, we launched Caribbean Sea International Shipping to meet our clients’ shipping needs by offering integrated logistics solutions, including customs clearance, trucking, warehousing, and now, professional international shipping services.
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in Amman – Um Uthaina, working full-time in the Sales Department, with a special focus on developing international business and handling local clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about shipping services.
Prepare quotations and communicate effectively with clients via phone and email.
Reach out to international shipping companies and potential partners using lead lists provided by the company.
Manage email correspondence and follow-ups professionally.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet) with decision-makers to present CSI’s services.
Coordinate internally with various departments to confirm bookings and track shipment progress.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with partners inside and outside Jordan.
Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts and client development.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the shipping or logistics field).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and virtual presentation skills.
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to deliver professional sales presentations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple leads at once.
Must be based in Amman and able to work on-site daily.
