We’re hiring! Behavioural Sciences Intern at MAGENTA
Join MAGENTA in Amman or remotely from the MENA region as a Behavioural Sciences Intern and help shape programmes that drive real social change across sectors like education, gender, and health.
In this 6-month internship, you’ll work alongside experienced Programme Managers to support programme development, proposal writing, research, and knowledge management. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team using behavioural science to address some of the region’s most pressing challenges.
What we’re looking for:
– Recent or near graduate from a top university
– Fluent in English, Arabic, and French
– Strong analytical and writing skills
– Interest in behavioural science, development, and the MENA region
– A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn
