📍 Department: [Marketing]Responsibilities :
• Develop And Coordinate Integrated
Marketing Strategies (Digital And Traditional) Tailored To Sweet Products.
• Lead The Execution Of Advertising Campaigns Including Social Media Marketing ,Point Of Sale Promotions, And Sampling/Tasting Events.
• Conduct Market Research To Analyze Consumer Behavior And Competitor Activities.
• Create And Design Compelling Marketing Materials Such As Brochures, Digital Posts, And In-Store Banners.
• Manage The Marketing Budget And Track Performance Using KPIs And Campaign Analytics.
• Coordinate With Advertising Agencies, Suppliers, And Internal Departments To Ensure High-Quality Campaign Delivery.
• Train And Develop Marketing Team Members, Providing Guidance To Improve Performance And Creativity.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Business
Administration, Or A Related Field.
• Minimum Of 5+ Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably 3 Year’s in team leader level .
• Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team• Proficiency In Digital Marketing Tools And Analytics Platforms.
