Procurement Officer

We at Quality Printing Press Co. / part of Nuqul Group are currently looking to hire Procurement Office.
Main objective:
Responsible for ordering & managing inbounds of international & local requirements from raw materials, packaging materials and spare parts to fulfill the supply plan on time.

Key Accountabilities:

– Requesting quotations based on materials plan output from qualified suppliers.

– Evaluating offers received and providing recommendations based on key variables such as quality, lead time and cost.

– Preparing purchase orders and following through till orders received.

– Following up on logistics, documentation and payments.

– Gathering information related to changes related to customs.

– Providing the section head with suppliers’ performance to evaluate suppliers.

– Follow up on raw material balances.

– Receiving orders on system post warehouse alignment.

– Compliance to safety requirements.

Candidate has to have:
– Industrial Engineering bachelor degree.

– 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply planning and/or logistics.

– Organized with high attention to detail.

– High bias for action.

– Good communication and team work.
