سمارت باي تعلن عن وظائف شاغرة Position: Inventory Officer (Not a warehouse keeper) Location: Amman, Jordan Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:

1- Inventory management:• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

• Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and annual audits) to verify accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient supply without overstocking.

Data analysis and reporting:• Generate inventory reports, including usage trends, discrepancies, and reorder points

.• Analyze inventory data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.

3- Stock replenishment:• Coordinate with procurement to order replenishments based on demand forecasts.

• Set minimum and maximum stock levels for all products

.4- Warehouse coordination:• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of inventory

.• Oversee the receiving process to confirm the accuracy of incoming shipments.

5- Discrepancy resolution:• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and maintenance department to resolve delivery or quality issues.6- Compliance and standards:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures.

7- Technology and systems:• Utilize and manage inventory control systems.•

Train team members on inventory-related systems and

processes.Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a Inventory Officer setting. 2. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or a related field.

3. Very good command of English (both written and spoken).

4. Own a personal car for traveling to meetings and events.

5. Proficient in Excel with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
