Abdali Mall is looking for Procurement & Warehouse OfficerDuties and responsibilities1.

Receive purchase requests from respective departments, contact suppliers to get quotations, review, analyze and compare offers provided by suppliers and recommend the optimal product/ service provider.

2. Follow up with suppliers on purchased items/ services such as delivery time, payments and invoices. Make sure the purchased items match the specifications and quantities.

3. Maintain and update suppliers’ information such as suppliers’ goods/services category, contact information, explore new suppliers to maintain competitive prices.

4. Maintains inventory level in the warehouse as per the reorder point, and performs inventory transactions (such as inventory supply, withdrawal, and transfer)

5. Perform periodic inventory counts and make sure the physical inventory level matches the one in the inventory system.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or any related field.

2. 3-6 years of experience in procurement domain, preferably in the field of mechanical and electrical spare parts and fittings.

3. Very good in Microsoft Excel.Working hours

1. Five days per week from Sunday to Thursday/ 8 hours per daySalary & benefits package

1. Salary range: 600- 700 JOD.
