Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Officer (External)Location

We are looking for a motivated Procurement & Logistics Officer (External) to join our team.
The role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and shipping agents, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation and smooth delivery processes.
You will also work closely with internal teams and use ERP systems to support operational needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in logistic Sciences , Industrial engineering, biomedical engineering
– 2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare companies is required .
– Fluent in Arabic and English
– Strong computer skills, including ERP systems and email communication- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
– Fast learner with strong confidence and adaptabilityKey Responsibilities:
1- Issue and follow up on purchase orders
2- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
3- Manage shipping instructions and logistics timelines
4- Track shipments until delivery (Queen Alia Airport/Aqaba)
5- Handle customs clearance documentation and coordinate with the broker
6- Ensure proper ERP entries (item codes, lot numbers, expiry dates, etc.)
7- Submit invoices and documents to the accounting team
8- Communicate arrival notices internally9
– Support export/re-export procedures as needed10
