Job Brief:Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on junior roles,

trainees, and bulk hiring needs,

uring the attraction of suitable talent that supports Umniah’s growth.

Works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies,

while also supporting internal mobility and internship programs to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for entry level roles (job posting, screening,

interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding).

Manage bulk hiring needs (call center, telesales, retail) while also supporting internal transfers across all departments within Umniah.

Coordinate assessments and ensure accurate collection and archiving of all pre-employment documents.

Oversee offers and contracts, including salary negotiations,

allowances, start dates, and contract preparation.

Administer internship and graduate programs from selection through onboarding, training,

and evaluation.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles, as well as for trainees and interns.

Improve the new hire experience by gathering feedback and enhancing onboarding processes.

Represent the company at employer branding activities, such as career fairs and recruitment events.

Level of Experience: Limited Experience in a related field : 0 – 3 years of experience
