EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEFGeneral Requirements for an Executive Pastry Chef:

A minimum of four years of experience as a Pastry Chef in five-star luxury hotel brands.

A strong background in both European and Oriental pastry cuisines.

A willingness to work in large-scale operations.
