Job Vacancy: Call Center Representative – Telescope Medical CenterTelescope Medical Center in Amman is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join its customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and support to patients and customers
• Record customer information and update databases
• Manage and resolve complaints or escalate them to the relevant department
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Achieve daily/weekly performance targetsRequirements:•
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a medical center or a related field (healthcare, insurance, reservations, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Flexibility to work on shifts (morning/evening)Benefits:
