Location: Al-Muqabalain, Amman – Jordan 🏢 Company: Almazraah DairyWe are looking for a professional HR Officer to join our team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· 4–5 years of proven HR experience.· Strong knowledge of ALPHA HR system.

· Solid experience with Social Security procedures

· Good knowledge of Jordanian Labor Laws and HR regulations.

· Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

· Based in Al-Muqabalain or surrounding areas

.Key Responsibilities:

· Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

· Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.

· Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll through ALPHA system.

· Follow up with Social Security and governmental requirements

· Provide guidance on labor law matters and resolve employee issues effectively.

· Support HR projects and day-to-day operations.
