Lead and oversee all F&B operations, ensuring world-class service and guest satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Drive innovation in dining concepts, menu design, and guest experiences.Mentor, train, and inspire the F&B team to achieve excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.
Extensive experience in F&B leadership roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.Strong financial acumen with a track record of revenue growth and cost control.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
