Position: Visa & Ticketing Officer (Full-Time)Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related Field.
1–2 years of experience in ticketing, reservations,
or Travel services is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo systems is required.
SkillsStrong knowledge of airline ticketing, re-issuance, and refunds.
Experience handling visa applications, documentation, and embassy coordination.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and airline partners
.Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
Advanced computer skills, including email, reservation, and ticketing systems.
Personal QualitiesProfessional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong work ethic and commitment to a full-time role.
Key ResponsibilitiesIssue, reissue, and manage airline tickets using Amadeus and Galileo.
Handle visa applications and Follow up with embassies and clients
.Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely Service.
Respond promptly to inquiries across various communication channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Provide clients with clear, accurate, and professional information regarding Travel arrangements.
Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance Service Quality.
