Procurement & Purchasing SupervisorA leading tobacco company is hiring a Procurement & Purchasing Supervisor with proven experience in the tobacco industry.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise procurement and purchasing operations end to end. •
Execute sourcing strategies and ensure on-time, cost-effective supply.
• Manage vendor selection, performance, and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing. • Track POs, deliveries, and inventory alignment with demand
. • Coordinate closely with supply chain,
logistics, and finance departments. •
Report on procurement KPIs and drive
process improvements.Requirements: •
7–10 years of experience in procurement and purchasing within the tobacco
industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Solid knowledge of tobacco procurement
compliance and documentation. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple markets
