Comprehensive Leasing Company is seeking to hire a Head of Credit Recovery to join its team.
Qualifications and Experience Required:•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.•
Minimum of 13+ years of experience in credit recovery or credit management within the financial or banking sector.•
Proven experience in developing and implementing recovery strategies with high success rates.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations related to credit recovery and settlements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit management systems.Key Skills and Personal Attributes:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team toward achieving goals.• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and make sound decisions.
