We’re looking for Operations & Customer Services Officerto join team at Thrifty Car Rentalthe main Duties & Responsibilities·

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, emails· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints..

· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

· Manage customers’ accounts

· Record details of actions taken

· Manage administration.

· Follow up on customer interactions.

The requirements :

· 4-5 years of experience in the same field or related· Presentable personality· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
