Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type
: Full-time, On-site Only candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be considered.Role Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis,
and will play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance with regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including account reconciliations and preparation of detailed financial statements.Lead budgeting
, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support management decision-making
.Manage internal audits and ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies
.Handle complex tax planning, reporting, and filing requirements
.Develop, implement, and improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
Prepare management reports, KPIs, and variance analysis.Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, promoting best practices in financial management.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure integrated and accurate financial reporting.Qualifications
:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or supervisory role.Advanced proficiency in financial management, reporting, and forecasting
.Deep knowledge of tax regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements
.Strong experience with financial software and ERP systems
.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
.Ability to work independently, lead projects, and collaborate across teams
