: Technician, MaintenanceDescription: Key Responsibilities
1 – Conducting Engineering Activities and urgent repair orders, and advising on equipment status and operational condition
2 – Proper execution and implementation of preventive maintenance orders (PM),corrective maintenance orders (CM) and any predictive maintenance according to the Direct supervisor’s plans & priorities.
3 – Recommending improvements or replacements of equipment
4 – Ensuring that all equipment are maintained, repaired, returned and re-installed to production status and that all safety procedures are followed properly
5 – Participating in the development of the Engineering function’s work plan.
distributing and following up on work Activities, projects and programs, Monitoring workflow and reviewing work methods and procedures
6 – Suggesting ideas to boost the effectiveness of the Engineering function
7- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct supervisor Key Competencies :
1. PLC Programming and Control Systems- Key skills: Writing and debugging PLC logic, understanding ladder diagrams, and integrating sensors and actuators.
2. Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting- Key skills: Diagnosing faults in Motors, drives, panels, and instrumentation; using multimeters and oscilloscopes.
3. Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics- Key skills: Translating schematics into physical connections, identi
fying components and pathways
.4. GMP Compliance and Safety Awareness- Key skills: Working safely in cleanrooms, understanding validation protocols, and following SOPs
.5. Analytical Thinking and Problem-SolvingKey skills:
Using structured approaches to solve Electrical faults, proposing preventive Solutions.
Qualification1- Diploma Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
