HR Officer – Industrial EngineerLocation: Jordan – AmmanA regional manufacturing company is looking for an HR Officer- Industrial Engineer for its offices as follows:
· Assist in creating company SOPs, policies, procedures, and developing the organizational structure.
· Take part in the talent acquisition process by sourcing, filtering, and screening candidates.
· Arrange the onboarding process by taking them to office orientation, scheduling onboarding sessions, and tracking attendance.
· Coordinate the main power planning data by following up on the updates in headcounts and the replacement, compared with the budget.
· Working together with the team to enhance company culture and take part in change management to improve employee engagement.
· Coordinate the training process for both internal and external training as per company procedures.Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
· Excellent skills in MS Office, Excel.· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
