٢- Job VacancyProcurement Officer:Dada Group is
currently seeking to hire a Procurement Officer to handle all purchasing activities, ensuring that all purchases meet our company’s requirements, and maintain accurate records.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update all the supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Ensure that goods are secured and work directly with insurance companies to avoid any damages.Order the necessary spare parts in coordination with the concerned authorities
.Ensure that the suppliers are paid in a timely manner,
either by using the bank credits or through coordinating with the accounting department to make the transfers.
Follow up on all orders until they’re ready to ship, and liaise with the Logistics and Clearance Department to get the goods cleared.
Ensure that all the goods are received in good condition and follow up with suppliers to avoid any defects or shortages of goods in order to obtain the appropriate compensation.
Ensure that all purchases orders are submitted in the AX system.
Ensure that all relevant documentation for goods clearance is received on schedule, and double-check the documents to avoid any errors.Communicate with suppliers through email, phone or meetings
.Constantly communicate with sales and marketing to cover all matters related to import orders
.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineeringExperience (1-3) years in the field of Procurement.
