وظيفة شاغرة – مراقب مخزون: تسعى متاجر عابدين الكبرى لتوظيف مراقب مخزون مؤهل للانضمام إلى قسم المالية، للعمل في معرضنا ومستودعاتنا في مكة المكرمة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية: • مراقبة حركة الأصناف في صالات العرض والمستودعات، وضمان دقة الأرصدة المادية في النظام. • إجراء جرد دوري وفوري للمخزون، ومطابقة النتائج مع نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، ومعالجة أي اختلافات في الوقت المناسب.
تحليل فروق المخزون وتقديم توصيات بالإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
مراجعة تقارير المبيعات والمخزون من خلال أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) / إكسل / نقاط البيع، وإصدار تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية.
تطبيق سياسات التخزين والسلامة لضمان تدفق المخزون بشكل سليم وسلامة البيانات.
تحديد الأصناف بطيئة الحركة، واقتراح استراتيجيات التصفية أو التجميع أو الخصم.
التنسيق مع قسمي المبيعات والمستودعات لضمان توافر المنتجات وتجنب نفادها.
المشاركة في لجان الجرد وإجراء جرد جزئي أو كلي للمخزون وفقًا لخطة العمل. المؤهلات والمتطلبات
دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مراقبة المخزون أو عمليات المستودعات في قطاعي التجزئة أو التجارة، تُعدّ ميزة إضافية.
إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت إكسل وأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، مع دقة عالية في إدخال البيانات.
مهارات ممتازة في التحليل والمتابعة وحل المشكلات، مع القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع في كل من صالات العرض والمستودعات، مع القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.

Job Vacancy – Inventory ControllerAbdeen Grand Stores is seeking to hire a qualified Inventory Controller to join our Finance Department, working at our Mecca showroom and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities• Monitor item
movements across showrooms and warehouses, ensuring the accuracy of physical balances in the system.•
Conduct regular and spot inventory counts, reconcile results with the ERP system, and handle discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze inventory variances and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Review sales and inventory reports through ERP / Excel / POS systems and issue weekly and monthly reports.
• Apply storage and safety policies to ensure proper inventory flow and data integrity.
• Identify slow-moving items and propose clearance, bundling, or discount strategies.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.

Participate in inventory committees and perform partial or full stock counts as per the work plan.Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations experience in retail or trading sectors is an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, with high attention to detail in data entry.
• Excellent analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in both showrooms and warehouses, with the ability to handle work pressure.
