We Are Hiring Position: Mechanical TechnicianIndustry: Manufacturing / Industrial EngineeringFunctional Area:

Maintenance & Engineering DepartmentJob

Location: Amman, JordanDuties and Responsibilities:Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery and mechanical systems to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.

Support the installation, calibration, and commissioning of production line equipment.

Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Continuously monitor equipment performance and recommend technical improvements.

Comply with internal maintenance procedures and workplace health and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.

4–5 years of proven experience in industrial machinery maintenance.

Experience with bakery machinery and bakery production lines is highly desirable.Strong practical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, mechanical schematics, and equipment manuals.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Word and Exce
