We’re Hiring | Female Welcoming OfficerAutomotive IndustryWe are looking for a professional and personable Female Welcoming Officer to be the first point of contact at a leading organization in the automotive sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, represents a brand with confidence, and understands the importance of creating a strong first impression in a fast-paced automotive environment.
🧾 Job Role & Responsibilities:-
Welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner
.- Act as the face of the showroom / facility, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
– Manage the reception area and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.
– Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
– Coordinate visitor appointments and support daily front-desk operations.
– Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks.
– Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and service standards.
✅ Requirements:
– Female candidate. – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).-
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
– Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
– Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
– Basic computer skills (MS Office). – Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or automotive showrooms is an advantage.
