: • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within restaurants or hospitality

Ability to manage daily operations and shifts
. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command
of English (Arabic is a plus). • Ability to work under pressure.

Proven experience as a Floor Captain or Senior Waiter. •
Strong guest service and leadership skills. •
Ability to coordinate between service staff and kitchen. •
