Corporate IT Operations Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
• Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.
• Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance.
• Manage user accounts and data backups.
• Take part in shift rotation

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge in networking, systems administration, and cloud solutions.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Written and verbal communications.
• Enthusiasm for continual learning and developing new skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Team spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields.
• 0 – 3 years experience.
