Job Description and Requirements
Medical Technologist – CTAG Department
King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) is seeking to hire Medical Technologist to join the Cell Therapy & Applied Genomics Department within the Blood and Marrow Transplant Laboratory (BMT Lab).
Ke Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory procedures, sample processing and cellular therapy handling, including CAR T-Cells manufacturing and production
Operate and calibrate lab instruments and specialized equipment
Conduct quality control activities and follow safety standards
Maintain inventory and support daily lab workflow
Comply with CAP, FACT/JACIE, GMP, HCAC, and JCIA standards, and comply with KHCC policies
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or biotechnology and Genetic Engineering.
Certificate of practice for Medical Technologist is a must.
Preferably with BMT, Cellular Therapy, GMP, and CAR-T experience.
Good communication & teamwork abilities
Intermediate laboratory skills
Knowledge of accreditation standards is an advantage
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
