Job Opening: Contracting & Online SupervisorLocation: Amman (Full-time)Role Objective:
To manage and grow the company’s portfolio of hotel contracts and ensure a competitive presence across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and distribution channels to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:Contracting & Negotiation:
Negotiate and secure competitive static and dynamic rates, allotments,
and exclusive deals with hotels and suppliers.Online Distribution Management:
Oversee the company’s profile on major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and ensure rates/availability are synchronized.
Channel Manager Supervision:
Master the mapping and connectivity via tools like Siteminder, Channex, or Bókun to prevent overbookings and rate discrepancies.
Rate Parity & Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure price parity and maintain a competitive edge.Inventory Control:
Manage room allotments and “stop-sell” orders during peak seasons.Content Optimization:
Ensure high-quality imagery, accurate descriptions, and updated amenities across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
Experience: 4–6 years in Contracting, Revenue Management, or Online Distribution within the tourism or hospitality sector in Jordan.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Extranets and Channel Managers.
Communication:
Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation tactics, analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
