Foundation is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to manage and deliver internal audit activities across the organization.
The role focuses on conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and supporting effective internal controls in coordination with the Audit Committee and Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and carry out operational and financial audits.
– Review internal controls and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
– Assess compliance with policies, agreements, and regulations.
– Conduct risk assessments and support audit planning.
– Prepare audit reports with clear findings and practical recommendations.
– Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
. – Coordinate audit activities with the Internal Audit team, Audit Committee, and management.
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– (3-5) years of experience in Internal Auditing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.Core Competencies

– Ability to work effectively with large and diverse teams.
