Position: Senior Business Development Officer
Location: Amman, Jordan
About the Role:
Support the execution of Business Development activities by managing assigned accounts, preparing market analysis, proposals, training plans, and monitoring sales and inventory performance in alignment with approved business plans and ISO 9001 requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned vendor or product accounts and act as the Account Manager as defined in the Business Development Manual.
- Conduct market research, collect sales and inventory data, and prepare analytical inputs for business planning and forecasting.
- Prepare and update sales forecasts, pricing inputs, and market insights for review by the Business Development Manager and COO.
- Analyze quarterly sales performance and support corrective action planning with the Sales Department.
- Identify technical training needs and prepare draft annual training plans in coordination with Sales and Service departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
- Market analysis, proposal preparation, data interpretation, coordination.
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Development.
Working Hours:
Full-time, 5 days per week.
