Job Announcement: System Administrator / Senior System Administrator

Location: Amman
Job Type: Full-Time

We are Al Rajhi Bank Jordan looking for a motivated and skilled System Administrator / Senior System Administrator to join our IT team and support the bank’s technology infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and related infrastructure.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure system availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement IT projects and infrastructure enhancements.
Respond to incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in system administration or infrastructure support (requirements may vary based on level).
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure , virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V / Nutanix / KVM or other virtualization platforms), and networking concepts.
Experience with system monitoring, backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Nutanix etc.) are an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
