   Respond to inquiries and guide prospective students.
   Conduct campus tours.
   Assist with registration and documentation.
   Manage student records.
   Requirements:
   Bachelor’s degree.
   Bilingual (Arabic & English).
   Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
   Strong computer skills.
   Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
   Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
   Sales experience is preferred.
   Familiarity with basic office software, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
   A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
2. Receptionist
   We’re Hiring – Receptionist!
   The School of Creative Media at LTUC is looking for a Receptionist to join our vibrant and dynamic team. If you’re friendly, energetic, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
   Key Responsibilities:
   Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
   Answer and manage incoming phone calls, ensuring clear communication and directing inquiries as needed.
   Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
   Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area.
   Assist with various administrative tasks as required by the department.
   Requirements:
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
   A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
   Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
   Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
   Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
