الوظيفة المطلوبة :
Responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing a firm’s compensation and benefits programs and monitor salary structures,
and balance staffing needs with cost controls .
المهام والوظائف المطلوبة :
Oversee the compensation and benefits division of a company and analyzes compensation data within an organization and evaluates job positions to determine classification and salary.
• Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
• Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
• Prepare occupational classifications and salary scale.
• Improve recruitment and retention.
• Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
• Advise on salary increase requests.
• Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
• Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends.
• Advise employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, ber personnel procedures and classification programs its and compensation policies, Responsible of the employee provident fund initiative.
• Serve Umniah members with the highest quality standers & getting the best benefits for them.
• Include all employees under the PF umbrella Monitor and enhance inclusion behaviors in the workplace and take actions accordingly.
• Ensure equal pay and benefits for employees based on their experience, skills and performance.
• Ensure that benefits packages are tailored to deliver the same value for both genders
الشروط المطلوبة والمواصفات :
التعليم :
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
الخبرة :
5 to 8 years Knowledge of:
Compensation and Benefits best practices HR General Skills: Jordan Labor Law and Regulations, Jordan Income Tax Knowledge.
HR Strategy and Design: Organizational Strategy, Organizational Design, Designing and executing surveys, Measurement, Benchmarking and Reporting, Change Management.
HR Information Systems: Payroll Systems, Personnel Data/ Record Handlıng, ERP Systems, Knowledge Management Systems, Reporting.
Resource Compensation: Base and Variable Pay Models, Benefit Schemes, Bonus Schemes, Reward and Recognition Schemes.
Excellent command of English language speaking and writing Knowledge & Skills.
Excellent command of MS office applications
