٣٥٣ – ٧٠٧ دينار أردني (حسب الخبرة).

عدد الشواغر :

مطلوب موظفين اثنين.

الخبرة :

سنة واحدة على الأقل، وثلاث سنوات كحد أقصى.

الجنس :

ذكر.

تفاصيل الوظيفة :

Serve customers by providing information about the products and services.

Communicate effectively and clearly with customers via phone, email and chat.

Resolve customerinquiries and complaints.

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

Document &update customer records based on interactions.

Develop &maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Communicate effectively with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.

Be customer service-minded &focus on solution providing.

Ability to respond positively to working in a pressured environment.
