أعلنت مؤسسة نهر الأردن عن الوظيفة الشاغرة التالية:
Social Enterprises Accounting Manager.
Job Description and Requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the F&B and JRD accounting team.
Generate and analyze the P&L (Profit & Loss) for both F&B and JRD on a monthly basis and suggest recommendation to improve gross and net profit.
Review pricing methodology based on profitability analysis.
Oversee and manage the monthly closing (COGS, Inventory, cash and banks, etc.).
Establish and maintains a cost allocation system.
Oversee food and beverage & Handicrafts costing on the POS system.
Follow up on the F&B stock taking on monthly basis.
Review and approve invoices of the receiving record, compare them with the purchase order and purchase request,
and ensure that all invoices are stamped and signed by the authorized person.
Check and ensure that all inventories purchased are within the cost margins.
Ensure the accuracy of the purchasing prices by comparing them with the suppliers’ quotations.
Review and Audit the stock monthly and prepare reconciliation on all stockrooms.
Make sure that the stock count results are uploaded properly on the system, analyze inventory results and report on it.
Organize the bi-yearly stock – take on all operating equipment of Al Karma Kitchen and prepare a detailed report pf the loss and breakage quantities and amount.
Generate and review all the daily reports (sales/inventory/costs) and send them to the direct manager.
Prepare and review the costing and pricing of all recipes.
Prepare reports for the Kitchen, Handicrafts, IKEA & Restaurant and analyzing the costs ratios on monthly basis.
Oversee the monthly inventory counts and submit them on the system.
Make sure that the release and transfer forms issued by all systems are accurate.
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field.
– CMA/CPA Certificate.
– Excellent English language.
– Solid experience in F&B/FMCG industries within a mangerial role.
– Solid experience in costing.
